APPROVAL
Whilst all care is taken by Kerryn Metcalfe, Kerryn Metcalfe is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the supplied design artwork. Even if these errors are from Kerryn Metcalfe, it is the Client’s responsibility to check thoroughly their files and projects to identify any errors.
COLOUR MATCHING & PRINTING
Please note that colour on projects can vary from screen to final product. Screen proofing is not indicative of final printed piece. Printed colours can vary due to the nature of the printing process. Although care is taken to select the colours, the final matching and colour separation is up to the printer. Your printer should send you a strike off sample to approve prior to printing bulk.
The design shown on fabric is a mock up only. The design may look different printed on fabric depending on whether your design is digitally printed or screen printed and what type of fabric you use. This is a guide only.
Shipping
All orders are processed between 1-4 business days. Orders will be sent via Australia Post or via courier to an address within Australia. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Express delivery is available.
Domestic shipping within Australia for unframed original artworks or prints will be a flat rate of $12. Express shipping within Australia for unframed original artworks or prints will be a flat rate of $15.
For any framed original artworks or prints shipping will be quoted at the time of purchase.
International shipping will be a flat rate of $30. Please contact me for information regarding shipping internationally as some countries will charge import duty fees or taxes. Any import duty fees or taxes charged on top of shipping at the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns and Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as we are unable to refund and do not accept returns or exchanges.
Any items that have been damaged through the shipping process may be exchanged for a similar product or credit.
Please contact me immediately if you receive a damaged item and I will be happy to assist you. Postage for any returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
